Your payment records and gold balance history are stored securely in Gogoldo's systems, independent of the individual shop. If a registered shop becomes inactive, our team will assist you in resolving your outstanding balance and help connect you with alternative verified shops nearby.
Gogoldo is a digital platform facilitating gold saving schemes run by registered jewellery shops. All payment processing is handled through RBI-regulated payment gateways. The saving schemes are managed by individual jewellers and are not classified as securities under SEBI. We recommend reading scheme terms carefully before joining.
Gold is redeemed in-person at your registered jewellery shop. You visit the shop with your redemption request from the Gogoldo app, and the jeweller fulfils your order with physical gold or jewellery of equivalent value as per the scheme terms. Home delivery may be available at select participating shops.
